Walking through those fire traps felt like something out of The Matrix.

course with a group it will be really simple... one throw the switch when another is already at the end of the hall. then open the door pull the chain. and its safe for the rest. course they have to figure that out

Yeah... the sailor's not going to realize that one... haven't dealt with traps on land...

Was just sitting here think about how they might actually do the trap.... most like like Cleddau would look at the handle signal NOT to use it. while checking the hall. then go back and test the handle.... then its a matter of does it turn off? I remember them being steady and blow torch like. so there is a path a very hot path... and I am covered in fur... but who else would be able to crack a lock on the door at the far end? its gonna be fun.

I used to know how... but I'm rusty, and I don't have a photoshop (or similar program) to make graphics anymore.

I like the idea of Cleddau seeing the burned bodies that are aligned with holes in the walls, putting two and two together and realizing it's a trap... then motioning to wait, checks the hall and makes it to the door, there realizing he or someone could stand there safely while someone activated the door switch releasing the flames... maybe he says something to the affect that these type of traps have shutoff on other side before opening the door... then when it's open pulls the chain to shut off the flames.

regarding low crawling, in crouch mode, you can sneak down the right side without getting burned.


OH! and if no one objects, after Cleddau checks this first door, I'd like to post a nice little (read that as detailed long) post to describe the next area Although I may need to make a few tweaks depending on how the rest post... I just walked through a short bit and wrote up the post Yeah... I'm nuts

ok nobody else post til the group can fully assemble by catching up in posts.

My suggestions to those catching up. Don't react to everything that happened act like it was natural for it to happen and just go from here. Cause talking and reactions require responses.. where as thinking about what is said and maybe not mentioning it out loud can lead to good character building stuff.

and we need to write a exit for Mum'Ra.
