Just to throw my opinion in:
Shrew made a very good point. Don't want to watch a bad TV show? Change the channel! Same kind of guildeine applies online. Someone being a buttface and annoying you? Ignore them and go to another forum or different part of the forum. Don't like the topic at hand? Don't read it.
What I'm seeing here is that freedom of speech be taken away, and ridiculous censorship supported. You really REALLY want to be told what you can and can't discuss? You may like the idea of that happening to people who are discussing what you don't like, but what if you are having fun discussing something and someone doesn't like that and tells the mods it should be censored? You really REALLY want that?
If you don't like something, you go do something else, not screw it up for everyone else.
For example, if someone's fetish is to kill children, well, all right, that's their fetish. I personally find "odd" things like that interesting, and as long as they aren't hurting anyone or obtaining child pornography in real life, then they're not breaking any laws and are fine to go about their life.
In reality, children die and have bad things happen to them whether you like it or not. It may be abuse, cancer, maulings by dogs, accidents, rapings, or something else.
Here is another thing I can't stress enough: that "child" you are so attached to in the game is not a child. It is a cluster of colored dots on your TV or computer screen, not a person that can think and feel. It is a bunch of pixels of different shapes that all look like a small and young human.
This all being said, I wouldn't oppose the option to kill children in Skyrim. I hate most of them, actually, and would enjoy quieting their disrespectful mouths.
