I started a new male Bosmer character named "Kaironus" but I'm a littl eiffy if that sounds to feminine... Opinions?

Well, for a start, does it matter if it was? I don't think your character needs to be a hyper-manly dude-bro (
'Dirk Steel', 'Buff Hardbody', 'Butch Deadlift') or worry about receiving transmisogynistic abuse from Whiterun guards
.
Besides, remember that different cultural contexts have different ideas about what is (and sounds) feminine - if you look at the
Bosmer names list, you can see that Wood Elves don't have particularly heavily gendered names that we could easily distinguish between. I couldn't tell you what gender Brelas, Anuriel, or Baeralorn were without looking them up on UESP, which would suggest that at least to Bosmer, there's not really such a thing as a definitively 'masculine' or 'feminine 'name'.
Finally, I'd say that even if you were using our gender identity and naming standards, Kaironus isn't a very feminine name - words ending in '-us' are masculine in
Latin Cyrodilic, suggesting that Kaironus is probably a guy.
Essentially, play with what you feel comfortable with, but Kaironus doesn't sound very feminine to me, and even if it did, there are a number of good reasons why it wouldn't really matter.
