I received "The Man Who Cried Wolf" quest, and when I checked UESPWiki about it, it says it cannot be done unless that is not an active quest!? WTHeck? Going to work on it anyhow, and hope Bethesda has done something about that. If not, I'll post, and return to a save to get out.

There is nothing in the UESP article on The Man Who Cried Wolf saying it cannot be done unless it is not an active quest. I have no idea why you thought otherwise.

In order to clear this cave, you must enter it when The Man Who Cried Wolf quest is not active and kill the bandit boss, who is located in the ice cave section of the first zone.

1. That's not the article on the The Man Who Cried Wolf

2. It doesn't say you can't complete the quest while you have the quest active. Clearing the cell has nothing to do with completing quest. It just means that the location will be marked as cleared on your map which can affect the respawn time for the cell.

The article is accurate. You just misunderstood what it says.
