Where is Tolfdir (Winterhold Alteration Wizard) ?

Im done with Under Saarthal im on Hitting the Books he isnt in any of the College areas.

Is he moving to where i'm not?

Is he still in Saaarthal? I wanna buy stuff from him and get Alteration training. Where is he?

When you finish "Hitting the books" the librarian should tell you to find him. If so, and the quest step shows up as the active quest, then he is usually in the same room that you first met him for your initial lesson.

Talk to Savos Aren, then Ulrag, then go to Fellglow Keep. Tolfdir stays in Saarthal until you talk to the Archmage, and doesn't re-appear until after you get back from Defeating the Caller.
