Okay awesome, thanks Destiny! I'm assuming that means my character can only have the one power then, and considering she's already a decently powerful battlemage that's fine with me. However I am still unsure if that means she can have all or just some of the Vampire Lords' powers, so what I did in the CC was just left out a few of them and tried to downplay the rest a bit. If it's still to overpowered or I am only allowed to have a max of two VL powers, let me know and I'll fix it.
Besides that, just lemme know when to start posting. Here's my CC:
Name: Serah Estiph
Alias: None
Race: Bosmer
Age: She is a magic user and was Turned by pure blood vampires, rendering her immortal, so it is difficult to say. She was still young for a Mer before her Turning, aged about 50, though she physically looks more or less about 25. In vampire years she is at least over 100 years old.
Personality: Quiet and withdrawn. She always looks as if she is deep in thought.
She usually has a friendly, but distant, facade on until she gets to know someone. Once she sees that someone can be trusted in some capacity however she is extremely loyal to them, unless they somehow prove unworthy of that loyalty in which case she will be cold and hostile to them.
She has a deep dislike and distrust of authority left over from before she was Turned. She left Valenwood because she disagreed completely with the Green Pact and the Bosmeri who enforced it. Ironic, isn't it? But a lot of things about her seem, at least outwardly, to contradict themselves.
She may be a vampire but she is a bit of an odd one as she is mostly a pacifist. She will not hurt anyone unless she truly feels they deserve it in some form; that or if she is desperate and has no choices left, but even then she will try and find a way around hurting anyone (besides the person who left her desperate and with no choices, if there is one). She only feeds on evil doers for this reason.
Powers (one if powerful two if not): The ability to transform into a Vampire Lord.
Details of Powers: In Vampire Lord form, she wields poison claws and sharp fangs. She can summon a cloud of bats at will whom will feed on any enemies in melee range and regenerate her health while doing so. She can use Vampiric Grip to bring an opponent toward her and choke them while doing so; or if she desires, away from her - for example, over a cliff. She can turn into a cloud of mist (Mist Form) which, while in this form, regenerates her health, stamina and magicka. She can summon two Gargoyles or raise the dead to help her in battle. Finally while in this form she can use an especially powerful form of Vampiric Drain, a Destruction spell that drains health, stamina and magicka all at once, and sense any entities nearby, including other undead and automatons. Basically things a Vampire Lord can do.
In mortal form, she retains the ability to sense nearby entities and to raise the dead - the latter from being a Master-level Conjurer, and the first being from having the heightened senses of the Vampire Lord. She can also see in the dark (Vampire Sight) and use a weaker version of Vampiric Drain (this version only drains health), as well as wield a potent version of the Calm Illusion spell.
She will not use her Vampire Lord form often however; she feels it would be to easy and she likes a challenge when fighting an opponent. And so she uses this only when desperate or if she is against a particularly tough enemy.
Appearance: She has silvery white hair which she has grown out within the last 100 years or so, and so to keep it out of her way whilst in combat she keeps it in one long braid, which she will tie into a sort of bun before actually engaging an enemy (if she has time) or setting out to face one. She has matching silver eyes except in the dark, when she has the typical glowing red eyes of the Vampire Lord, and a tattoo over her right eye of two long, crooked crimson red lines going downward on the lower half of her eye, and one medium length, matching line on the middle of the upper half of her eye. She is pale skinned and has a thin, yet wiry body which hides a fair amount of strength. If one looks close enough, they can see lightly defined muscles gained from her days as a hunter and assassin.
Armor: She wears armor that looks sort of like a cross between novice mage robes and the Nightingale armor; only instead of being made of a leathery material it is made of a softer one. It consists of a long sleeved, loosely worn tunic with matching black armguards, enchanted muffled boots and loosely worn pants. Underneath she wears fitted, light leather armor for a bit of extra protection which is also enchanted with abilities that make it easier to move during the day light hours; these include health, stamina and magicka fortifications and the ability to resist fire. She covers her face and hides her vampiric eyes as best as possible with a fur lined black hood which again is similar in appearance to the Nightingale hood; because of this you cannot see her face unless she wishes it so.
Weapons: She's uses Bound weapons in one hand and a spell in the other. Her arsenal of Bound weapons includes the bow, battleaxe, sword and dagger. She uses each one equally for separate needs. When not fighting in this manner she will dual wield spells.

Weaknesses: Sunlight and fire, both magical and not. Sometimes despite her age she can be a bit naive as well, which has gotten her into some bad situations.
Likes: Honesty, teamwork, the night, the moonlight, being out in nature, reading, fighting, crafting things using enchanting, smithing or alchemy.
Dislikes: Dishonesty, the day time, sunlight, discord, chaos without reason (for example it's okay if being caused for a reason, like creating a distraction so someone can get away), cowardice, authority, authority figures (especially ones who she feels don't deserve the title), feeding.
Quirks: Afraid of heights. Loves bodies of water and being in them.
Bio: She left her home of Valenwood long ago in rebellion against the Green Pacts cannibalism clause. She decided to carve a name out in Skyrim any way she could and prove to her fellow Bosmer how unnecessary the pact is in this day and age. As you can imagine this has made her fairly unpopular amongst her brethren and so she gets by in whatever way possible. She tries her best to do this in a way that hurts the least amount of people - at least ones that don't deserve it. After all, being against this sort of thing is why she left home. Not much else is known about her - she keeps as much of herself hidden as possible so as not to be hurt. She met a pure blooded coven of vampires during one of her adventures and they offered to Turn her. After much thought she decided to accept; one reason being she realized that even if she was able to prove her brethren wrong, it would take more than one lifetime to do so.. Or atleast that's what she told herself. In reality she has a bit of a dark side and couldn't resist the temptation of everlasting life.
She left the coven long ago however and began a life dedicated to fulfilling her wanderlust and her love of adventure.
