With the defeat of Alduin, his snare upon Sovngarde has ended. Harbinger Kodlak Whitemane has called upon the heroes of old to aid him in the rescue of those who remain trapped by Hircine. Hundreds of ancient Nordic heroes have taken up the call.
Hircine's deadly realm is filled with deep forests, wide open plains, and animals that are much larger than they are on Tamriel. The Prince of the Hunt will test the resolve of every man and woman on this quest, his drivers will hound the party by day and each night packs of werewolves stalk their steps. There is yet hope, for the Hunter always gives his prey a chance to win.
The portals have been opened, the feasts of Sovngarde have ended until our brothers and sisters are returned. Ancient Companions and Legendary Heroes alike have started to pour into the Hunting Grounds chanting their battlecries, to fight battles the likes of which have never been seen on Nirn. Honor and endless glory await.

Things to keep in mind:
- Nords only.
- Create legendary characters, think of Ysgramor and his tears of pure ebony which created his weapon Wuuthrad.
- You are the toughest and the meanest ever to have lived, myths surround your characters, songs and legends have been told.
- Be lore friendly to the culture and history of Nords, which means no super ninja assassin.
- No Lycanthropes.
- Gore is accepted and expected.
- Explore a bit of TES history, you're not restricted to characters who lived in 4E 201.
- People versed in lore appreciated, but not required.
