To put it simply, you claim to have an armor set that doesn't exist in the Elder Scrolls games what so ever, and claim that is is extremely light weight and durable. So, we're taking something that doesn't exist, and putting elite like status' to it, though no one else can wield it, find it, forge it, or buy it. That sounds like a mod to me. And god modding isn't just about breaking physics, it entails a LOT of things, its like an umbrella term. To put it simply, if you can say that you have platinum armor, and say that its light armor (Which make no sense since platinum is a heavy metal) then I can say that I have armor forged out of a meteor that fell from space but I got it, broke off a hunk of it, and forged myself some epicly strong space armor. But if we go by your logic, I can do that since its my choice, however, if I was to do that, everyone else here, probably including yourself, would be throwing a fit. No matter how you slice it, its a mod, you created something for your character, that only your character can have / wield, and it doesn't exist in the universe we're Role playing in.
And the fact that this has barely been brought up now...is a little disheartening.
