i'm just want to know if your fighting the dawnguard can serana turn into a vampire after you finish the dawnguard quest

Whether you fight for the Dawnguard or for the Vampires Serana is a vampire, she cannot turn into vampire lord. However it is possible to have Serana cure herself after completing the Dawnguard quest line.
