I have both Blood and Dragon scrolls...but the quest, Seeking Disclosure is idle. I cannot speak with Dexion at this time...and normally upon going back to fort Dawnguard, he's already blind. At this point...he isn't. Has anyone fixed this? Or know of a quick fix?
