I would do a bit of research, start by playing an Orc in game. Find all the Orc Strongholds and talk to everyone at each one. Try to pick up on their history and find out what they do. Find all the Orcs in game and talk to each. Some will tell you a story of why they left their stronghold and are out on their own.
Read through the
UESP Orc Lore Page and read through the books listed on that page in the references.
You've got a name and a weapon preference... so let's go from there...
- Your history
- - why have you left the Orc Stronghold?
- - - Were you captured? If so how? Caught in a trap? Lost and wandered into a camp?
- - - Did you strike out on your own? Why? Trying to prove you were a warrior or looking to join the Legion as a sell sword?
- - - Perhaps you were disowned by the chieftan and sent out to prove yourself, told not to come back until you found some Orc relic.
- - - Maybe you've never seen a stronghold and grew up in the city? Are you an orphan? did your parents work at a forge? Now you want to strike out on your own and find one of the strongholds, prove yourself worth so they take you in
- - Your training
- - - Where did you learn to fight? Where you drafted into the army? You're still very young though...
- - - what kind of 2 handed weapon are you going to wield? Axe, hammer, sword??
- - - What armor do you wear?
- - - How much training have you had since you are still young?
No offense to Rathalos, but from the quick read through of the Orc Lore, Orc children are taught, practically from birth, to fight and have a strict code of ethics and rules. Perhaps if your character was a city orc, having grown up in an orphanage, the typical teenager traits of "humans" could've rubbed off on you and given you a "playful" spirit, although I picture an orc child being the but of jokes and being bullied... until he stood up for himself.
Hopefully this gives you an idea how to create your character and its history
