BATMAN!
Even the jobs from the guild are preety lame.I find it very rare that one of the houses got something valuable besides fine cloth , wine and sometimes potions.
When I was wandering around I found 2 good locations in Riften.In
In Riften there is also this lady Grelka who's stall ALWAYS has 2 enchanted boots and 1 enchanted helmet(and the strongbox).They respawn every 2 days I beliave so you can make a funny income out of that.
