Xbox 360 pegasus' mind stuck!

can anyone explain what i have to do once i get into the pegasus wing of the blue palace? i switch over to pegasus' mind and i cant do anything to wake him up... please help me!!

Use Wabbajack to attack the things that are near his bed, then use it to attack the "Doubts" that are kicking his ass, then go to the arena and kill the things sitting and watching the fight, not the combatants.

plus, all it lets me use is some fireball staff. i hit him with it, and the creatures, but nothing happened. plus the only other thing i saw besides wolves was a little guy called consience?
