Owning your own shop/tavern

I think we should be able to rent out the house that you own and give the poor people a place to stay or you can just start a tavern. They already have the coding for a tavern that the user (we) don't own and the user can marry someone who owns a shop so why cant we have our own shops of any of the types (i.e) merchant,black smith,tavern owner, alchemist shop, etc.

Make your house into a tavern WHY HAS NO ONE ELSE THOUGHT OF THIS!?!? Bethesda needs to get on this and add this in the next update for Hearthfire. Not that it would matter to me cuz im just a lowly PS3er Definately good ideas though makes you wonder why the hell they didn't add this in Heartfire
