Lover or thief stone?

I am a breton and want to be a magic user centered around thievery. I want to boost my magic, but I don't know if I should stick with my Breton blood and choose the Thief stone. Any help?

Go the lover stone man. 10% boost on everything. or 15% or something. Its a jack of all trades and master on none or Master of one trade kinda deal but I would choose lover so you learn magic AND stealth faster. Just my 2 cents.
