Firstly, you should know that I would recommend to anyone who gets the awesome Levelers Tower mod to first explore the entire place and see every room, this way, you'll know where every thing, every room and every feature of the tower are. Exploring the entire place should take about 10 minutes. You then would probably not get lost in the tower anymore, even if you have a bad sense of direction like me.
Now to answer your question directly: Start by making sure you have the latest version of the mod (currently it's version 2.3). Now, both the restroom with a mirror that opens the Character Generation Tool when activated and the kitchen which has the Baker's Table, are in an area of the Levelers Tower that's called the "Living Quarters". Note that in version 2.1 of the mod, the entire Living Quarters were rebuilt, and the old Living Quarters were converted into a "Mining Camp".
Anyway, like most rooms in the Levelers Tower, the Living Quarters can be entered via a door in the Levelers Basement. But if you can't find the right door in the basement, you can just use one of the tower's internal teleport pads. The teleport pads are circular pads found throughout the tower since version 2.1, which allow you to teleport to any other area in the tower that also has a teleport pad. Find a teleport pad and choose to go to the "Living" area.
Once you reach the Living Quarters area, whether by the basement door or the teleport pads, there should be three corridors. The left and right corridors each feature several bedrooms. The middle corridor that's in front of you, has the rooms you are looking for. So go into that middle corridor. That corridor has three doors. The left door leads to a room with a bath (that has healing water which cure diseases) and a sauna. That room also has a mirror, but that mirror doesn't activate the Character Generation Too. You will be warned that "Using this option 'can' mess up your character", but you shouldn't have any messing up problems as long as you stick to only changing your appearance and avoid changing your race. If you do change your race your skill levels, stats and perks will most likely get messed up.
In that same middle corridor with the bathroom, there is another door at the front, which leads to a dining room. Proceed forward to the end of the dining room, to find another door, which when opened leads to the kitchen. Inside the kitchen there is a chef clerk called "Gertrude", and there's also the Baker's Table that you're looking for, which allows you to bake breads, apple pie, baked potatoes, Creme Treat, Sweetroll, Honey nut treat, scrambled eggs (new mesh) and much more.
Hope I helped!
