Level 26 need to complete the game where are the main quests

Are you part way through the Main Quest, or have you finished it? You haven't given that much detail as to what you need help with.

The main quests should already be in your log. You have to complete them to get new ones of the same quest line.
As for more quests in general, exploring Skyrim will help you with that. Many Deadric quests I've come upon while exploring.
A few quests don't become active until you're higher levels.
Also joining Guilds is a good way to get quests (if you haven't done that already) and asking inn-keepers if they have heard any rumors lately. They'll usually point you to quests

Skyrim does have what is known as "Radiant Quests". These are the bounty quests, or most of the misc. quests that the guilds offer. They are randomly generated, so should in theory, be endless.
