PS3 Jammed Quests

This thread is half rant-list, and half request for any help that's floating about.
It's a list of quests I have in my active list that seem to be unfinishable in some way or other.

Any pointers to resolution will be gratefully received.

- Miscellaneous > Collect bounty from Skald:
I have two of these entries in the Miscellaneous section. Neither brings up any quest target map pointer.

- Miscellaneous > Kill bandit leader located at Four Skull Lookout:
I stumbled upon Four Skull Lookout very early on in my travels, way before being handed the above quest, and cleared it out (as one does).
The quest does not bring up a quest target map pointer, and if I locate it manually and travel there, the place is totally void of life.

- The Forsworn Conspiricy:
When I return to the Temple, Eltrys is lying dead, and there is a lonely quest target arrow nearby. Nothing happens.

I've had this happen and it's a bug, they get left there even after you've collected the bounty

I've seen this happen and it will either stay there or at some point in the future (in game) the bandits will respawn and you can finish the quest.

Was this in the first part of the quest or after you've escaped from the mine? If it's before, there should be guards there and they'll throw you in jail (part of the quest)... if there not there, then somethings glitched.
In either case, I'd suggest checking out the UESP wiki page, quest section and see if they have any notes that help.

Then the Forsworn quest has glitched, and as far as I can see, that's that. Thanks for pointers on the others

I have another...

- Miscellaneous > Investigate The Bards College:
The quest arrow points to, and is above Viarmo, but when I talk to him he just has some cobblers to say about Dragons, and it doesn't advance anything.
I have discovered this is the case if I've already completed the quest. It remains in the list, and I'm stuck with it.

Here's hoping for a future update that rubbish-collects all these stubs.

I managed to get into Childa Mine, by responding to one of the guards when she said 'Wait. I know you!'. However, apart from a silly couple of very very minor quests... that was it. I then did my time and got kicked back onto the streets.

I'm now sulking!

The bandit leader at Four Skull Lookout has still not reappeared after ages of time elapsed. In fact, there's never anyone there. Damn me and my over-zealous sword-swinging.
