Wow! Now you just need to keep up with my post total and you'll feel TOTALLY! popular. Or maybe just that you have WAAAAYYYY too much time on your hands. If not for the forum, I would have had a build of suppressed emotions within myself. My family doesn’t understand me sometimes, and I feel that we are growing more and more apart as time moves on. I personally blame myself, but I’ve changed. I just act out on my feelings and if they dislike that, so be it. Not everyone sees eye-to-eye all the time.
Before the forum, I was super unsocial and a little depressed. I wanted to write creatively in a way that was unavailable in my college career. So I joined in, and I learned to let others know how I feel. However, a personal failure a few semesters ago drove off the deep end. If not for the forum…
Let’s just say I may have done something I would regret. Thanks to the forum I am the individual I am today, and I personally like the new me a lot. For that, the forum and the members on it have my eternal gratitude.
So that’s my story, cut down of all the sappy stuff for the most part.
We aren't? Oh well... I guess I need to go join another forum. This forum validates us all, whether we're looking for it or not. It's proof that it's not inherently lame to join a forum dedicated to a video game (or it is and I'm in very good company); and people who do so are not geeks bereft of social charms, or pasty-faced adolescents living in their parent's basement, but well rounded individuals from all walks of life.
Internet anonymity often seems to bring out the worst in people. It's so nice to come here and interact with people who are literate, irreverent, funny, generally respectful, and all that good stuff.
And I love decapitation screenshots. That never gets old.

Well, I'm an International Bon Vivant that frequents these quaint forums as my Skyrim obsession has taken over my life!We aren't? Oh well... I guess I meant we're not all like that. I mean - I certainly am geeky, pasty and bereft of social charms. That's why I appreciate the wide range of personalities in these forums. Broaden my horizons and sh!t.

Valuable lesson indeed but I learned that even before being on the forum.Because of this forum (and that void touched Joe Reese) I now feel that wearing nothing but a loincloth and an evil masque, whilst dual weilding wood axes is a reasonable response to life's complexities.
