Funniest Moment in Solsteim (SPOILERS)

Where is the Wizard that falls from the sky you speak of? I want to find him . I don't really have any super funny things to report for Dragonborn so far. But a glitch in general I came across was a noble on a horse in Skyrim floating all over the place in Morthal. I have no idea why...I just saw a guy flying through the air....on a horse...was strange.

I found him west of damphall mine on a little beach.

When I found out Werebears dropped Honey and honeycombs. I giggled all the way to Ravenrock.
