Fist Fight Power Attack

I've got beast blood. Well there are plenty of times in the game where you can get into those harmless fist fights. I was fist fighting someone (normal human form) and held down both mouse buttons at one point (like for one of the wolf power attacks) and all of the sudden I do a violent multi-punch that drew blood. Next thing I know everyone starts attacking me and I had to use the Nord Battle Cry to get away without killing anyone. I then had a bounty on my head.

I read something about a best form human form effects? Is this one? Or can everyone go from fighting nice to fist fights to kill.

You probably accidentaly punched one of the bystanders during your brawl. There is no Werewolf effect that incites the crowd to attack you in human form.
