Welcome To The Underground
Well that pissed on my chips Bellew has gone into round 9.
What does everyone think of the NBA fining the Spurs for resting Parker, Duncan, Ginobili and Green against Miami?

Stern is doing a fine job of proving what an idiot he truly is. I think by fining the Spurs for making a decision in favor of players safety he is forcing teams to either make up injuries for player that need to sit out a game. Or not rest players at all even if its needed.
If it were up to me (and thousands of others) I'd unleash Agent 47 on Stern with one headshot. I live in Seattle, so yeah, reckon y'all know what I'm referring to and why.
As a former Washingtonian/Sonics fan I totally understand your pain. But since I live Oklahoma. I am really happy with how that cluster ef ended.
Well put, Scotty. Do you know how old her child is? The reports I've seen so far haven't said anything about a child being present.
EDIT: Jets fan, huh? So then, gonna ask you. Sanchez or Tebow?
Lol if youre gunna get yourself in trouble it wont be with me, I don't really get into the heated team rivalries like some. My natural demeanor is "Whatever, man" lmao, in all of sports the only teams I dislike (moreso for personal reason than actual sports) is Pittsburgh anything. Football is almost a religion here though so I spend entirely to much time looking into all teams, despite only rooting for my Jets lol.
Agreed about team management. You don't have to look any further than the 2008 Cowboys for what happens when you sacrifice team chemistry for talent. I'm sure I'm in the vast minority, but I'm on the Greg McElroy bandwagon. I was a huge fan of his when he was at Alabama, and actually wanted the Patriots to draft him late if we could (I even talked him up as the next Tom Brady lawl). Maybe I over exaggerated back then, but I really think McElroy can be a good starter. Maybe Joe Flacco/Alex Smith esque - not a guy that's carrying the team, but someone that can protect the ball and lead the offense down the field for a game winning drive.I'm sorry, I went back and re-read the article, the daughter is left orphaned, didn't say anything about in front of the daughter (who is three months old). The witness (and this is where I got hung up) is the mother, and she has cooperated with police.
As for your question when I play Madden I use Tebow lol. I do think it's time for the Jets to make a change I think Sanchez is kind of like a Kyle Orton type.... good enough to be a solid back up... not good enough to be a starter. Tebow, I think he's someone that if you're gunna bring him to your team you NEED to give him the ball, Tebow can't "Work his magic" coming in for at most 5 snaps a game. Can't get into a flow. I don't think either of them are the solution, but I think the better answer right now is Tebow. I was very adamant about giving Sanchez 3 years (Which is what I think a FRANCHISE *young* QB (by management standards not mine) deserves), 3 years been up... no signs of real improvement. He didn't pull an Eli, people called for Eli's head over and over then he won a SB now they ride his jock like a few years ago they weren't wanting him kicked out of his job, same with ole'man Coughlin.
Sorry for the rambling, it's easy to go on a rant about the Jets but I will say this, the only thing I legitimately can't stand as a Jets fan (Every team has gone through QB, Coaching, -insert position- issues, so I don't get TOO riled up about that) is the management. The owner hasn't shown me much of anything of wanting to get that ring for awhile now. Outsiders would say "Well you brought in all this talent" trading chemistry for talent doesnt work. Would you trade your wife (happily married/good chemistry) for a pornstar just cus a pornstar could probably work you over better? lmao no.
But what said it loud and clear was the owner flat out saying Romney winning the election would've been better than winning the Superbowl. I understand the presidency is obviously bigger, and I completely support his right to support whoever he wants (despite it being Romney, ugh). But no fan wants to hear his/her team's owner say that. There's a reason people say this about the Jets & Giants in NY:
"Jets go for the back of the newspapers, Giants go for the history books." sad but true.
