Is it possible to increase the magnitude/power/force so high that it can make objects and NPC's fly?

yes, go into the mod kit, go under spell effects, find the unrelenting force effect, right click and hit edit. a window will open. on the bottom right there is an area for scripts, and there should already be a script there. click on it and then press the properties button. another window will open. on the left side there will be a property called pushforce, click on it. on the right the box that says int value becomes editable. increase this to increase the force. (60 will launch them all the way across solitude)
