Backstory: Kind and friendly, He is hard not to like, But has a hatred for the imperials, because a wandering imperial sailor came to the place he called home when he was young and when his parents opened there home to the Imperial the Imperial killed them, luckily Tsel managed to escape, but the hatred never left him.

White Robes over Black leather armour (leather resembles a black version of Eddard Starks armour from game of thrones).

1. What is an Akavirian blade's damage like? Based on the Iron-Daedric weapon-scale.

Blade sword damage, Blade swords are Avakirian blades, Does no one remember oblivion where blades used Avakirian blades, In skyrim it's just renamed.

The staff does that damage too

Having recently played Oblivion, I believe you are referring to the Akaviri Katana or am I wrong with that?

when at first his parents died he started to 'act' out per say, He was cold and cruel, showing no mercy in the least. But over the centuries he started to mellow, but his hatred for the Imperials staying strong.
