I've never tried to undo the beast blood. That said, may I ask why you wish to stop being a werewolf? The only negative side is the no rest bonus.. Anyways, I'll post back if I find anything.

I'm fairly certain the option to cure yourself doesn't become available until you've completed the quests to cure both Farkas and Vilkas. Which, in and of itself, can be challenging. The chances of them offering the quest option to heal them is very unpredictable, but, usually if you continue to do a few random quests for them, they should bring it up.

You can't just throw a Glenmoril Witch head into Flame of the Harbinger. You have to be doing it as part of a companion's Purity quest. Talk to either Farkas or Vilkas to get the Purity quest.

i just find it weird because ive cured it before right when i cured the ghost guy but then i reloaded because i wanted to keep the blood.

And yes ive thought about just keeping it forever because the benefits are amazing but from a roleplaying aspect im trying to get the compaions back on track and now getting married......After i cure the brother i know the woman Aela doesnt want to be cured....so she may just have an accident.

Aela is an essential NPC, she shouldn't be able to die if I'm not mistaken. Of course, so is Farkas but that didn't stop him from being killed on one of our quests together.

NPC's like Alea and Farkas are only unkillable during their part of a quest where they are your mandatory follower. They can both die if you are not doing the quest where they are your follower.

Don't you get better smithing and alchemy results when well rested?

the well rested effect give bonus' to improving skills quicker. So if you were well rested and doing some smithing, you'd improve there yes, but it's not exclusive to smithing or alchemy.
