Scarlett wasn't overly fond of this idea, but didn't really know how they should otherwise proceed. She pretended to be bait for Kalib, yes, but being near him left a sort of calm over her, she knew in her gut that she could trust him. Huzul, on the other hand, had the exact opposite effect on her. Perhaps it was simply because she had never met an Argonian in person before tonight or maybe it was his empty gaze, or the way he talked of death as simply as if deciding what to eat for breakfast, but there was something about him that filled her with unease. None of that mattered though because she didn't have any other choice. Huzul was the only one who knew where to find her thieves and how to deal with them.
