What does it do?
It lets you see creatures/people through walls! Detecting people without seeing them is the perfect aid to sneaking, for all of you stealthy monkeys out there.
Casts Detect Life in a huge range on self for approximately 10 seconds.
For those people asking, where can I learn the shout?
You can learn the shout from these locations:
Northwind Summit (The Rift)
Valthume (The Reach)
Volunruud (The Pale)
