Will the clutter in my house respawn?

If I was to take a pie from the kitchen table and eat it or a bowl and sell it will they respawn? If yes how long does it take?

Another question: I can grow creep clusters in the garden but can never find the sweet spot to harvest them. Do they take longer than other plants to grow?

Normally, no. Things won't respawn because it's property you own. Now, if it was a tower or something that has spawn flags, then yea. But otherwise, you eat something, it's gone for good.

I'm not sure about the creepclusters though. I don't normally grow them.
