After Haru's Question Beast took a peek at his leg. It no longer hurt as bad, but it looked horrible, like it could be infected. But Beast doubted that it was. "My leg is fine, I haven't put pressure on it since yesterday when the lizard had to take a piss. It had only hurt a bit then." Beast lied, it hurt more than that, but he could fight well so it doesn't matter. Beast was very curious as to why the group was going to Leyawiin, and Black marsh, but he didn't ask. Solknight must know what he's doing.

Sygun looked at the Orc's leg, wondering why her healing potion hadn't cleared it up. Sure, it was a weak elixir she had given him, but it should have at least stopped the infection. Healing others wasn't her specialty, killing them was, and Beast was likely going to have to see a healer. Solknight said they were stopping in Leyawiin, perhaps he could see one there. "Hey Boss, since we're gonna be stopping in the city, why don't we get Beast to a healer?" she asked their leader. "And come to think of it, why ARE we stopping? Do you think that the citizens will know who we are? I mean, why don't we just waltz up to the Thalmor and say 'hey wassup?!'"

AShley had remained quiet while riding her undead horse. The smell of the horse was enough to make her nauseous, and she was pretty sure she would throw up any minute. But Ashley didn't want to interfere with Solknight's plans. Since the incident back when Dar'Ja died, she was somewhat afraid to talk to him, unless it was of the utmost importance. "Who cares where we go? We need to stop and get Beast some help. A few Thalmor won't stop us."

The others were concerned about Beast's injury. Solknight reminded them, "I'm a healer, you know. I would've fixed Beast up hours ago if I knew he was hurt. Let's just stop right here for a minute." As he commanded them to, the team stopped their horses. Solknight stepped off of his, approached Beast, and cast a powerful healing spell on him. He asked, "Feeling better?"

As Solknight healed him Beast felt the pain be relieved. He could feel the pain being lifted from his injury. "Woah, that really made it better." Beast suddenly remembered that they were heading some place with no lead. "So why are we stopping at these places what do you have planned? It's almost like we are going on a wild goose chase, you had your servant thing from who knows where, kill him, and we didn't even search Runil for any leads to anything." Beast's horse was starting to get slower. He noticed everyone else's horses were also started to get slower. Well except for that demon horse that Solknight spawned. It was almost as if the spell as wearing off. Beast decided to not mention anything. It would only be a burden to the group for them to worry about getting new horses. So after a couple minutes of silence from Solknight he restated the question "Why are we going to this place. Did you get anything from Runil's body?" The Orc was starring down Solknight making it so he couldn't escape the question this time. Raising an eyebrow to let Solknight know that Beast was serious about this question.

"My assassin, Lucien, hasn't returned to me yet," said Solknight to Beast, "But I know he'll get the job done. He can sneak behind a squadron of Thalmor and backstab them all. Trust me, he's done it. If he were to somehow be defeated, I could summon him to me right now. Let's see how he's doing." He casted a conjuration spell to bring his assassin from the Void, and nothing happened. "See? He's still alive. He'll probably catch up with us any minute."

Ashley watched as the attempt to re-summon the assassin failed. "So Runil is dead then. At least we got one part of the plan right. But we should keep going to the next city." Ash took off ahead of the group, but didn't make it very far when her horse had fallen to the ground. The horse made one last distorted cry, the disintegrated into dust. "Oh no." She said when she watched the horse's death. Even though she was upset that her horse had died again, Ash couldn't help but think what her sister's reasoning was for getting involved in the group's quest.

Isabelle sat lazily in the chair that formerly belonged to her fiancee. A new group of Thalmor were being sent to guard the city, which honestly made her laugh The squad of Thalmor, about 15 total, entered the manor, escorted by two Thalmor Justiciars. "Madam Isabelle, we are here about the agreement we made with your fiancee before he was struck down. We are establishing more Thalmor soldiers and influence, as well as provide coin to you in exchange for allowing us to look for signs of Talos worship." One of the Justiciars said. The other one waved forward several Thalmor carrying a large crate filled with septims. Isabelle yawned as she waiting for the man to finish talking. "Yes of course. Just one small problem with that deal." Isabelle snapped her hand. Several dozen more people surrounded the Thalmor soldiers, their weapons out and ready to strike. The men were all Thalmor survivors of the Rebel's attack that Isabelle had either brought back as slaves, turned into vampires, or were originally her own soldiers. They all wore black versions of their previous armor. "Treason! You won't get away with this you ungrateful bi-"

The man was interrupted"I don't think you understand the position you're in. I'm not like my "fiancee". I don't want Thalmor in my city or to defeat the Empire. I want to rule my city. And you have two options here. You can die 'honorably' for your Aldmeri Dominion or you can join me and my own soldiers, without dying. Your choice." Isabelle watched as the group were forced to decide their own fates. Not surprisingly, almost all of the Thalmor went down to their knees, valuing their lives. Only one of the Justiciars stood up. "More Treason! I'll have your head on a pike!" He yelled to the vampire. He ran forward, a conjjured sword in hand. He got up to the throne, but before he could bring his sword down, the Mer found himself impaled through the stomach by a Daedric sword. Still sitting down, Isabelle yawned as she kicked the man off her sword, his body falling down the steps. "Now then. All of you are to replace the Thalmor banners in the city with the city's original banners. I'll have no Thalmor in my city. Everything Thalmor, you destroy." Isabelle watched as her soldiers moved out, each of them carrying banners in their arms. Finally. My own city to control as I see fit. Isabelle laughed as she thought of the endless possibilities. She felt like she was forgetting something. "Oh right. The old fool Bertrand. Where did he scamper off to?"

Everyone's horses, other than the one Shadowlock was riding, disintegrated into magical ash. Shadowlock pointed at Solknight and mockingly said "Ha-ha." Solknight simply responded by raising his middle finger at him. He turned back to the group and said "Well... I'm out of ideas. Think of something, Shadowlock." "We should do as a wise man once requested long ago: 'Cheese for everyone!'" "I meant a real idea, you asshat." "You're the leader, don't put me on the spot!" "Fine... how about Shady and I pull some more magic out of our asses and summon that awesome demon silt strider that only disappears when we want it to? It'll take a lot of concentration, but we can get it done." "I forgot about that spell... let's hope it still works."

Shadowlock hopped off of Arvak and stood next to Solknight. They both slowly charged their halves of the spell. Both of their eyes glowed a dark purple and the sky above them grew cloudy. They both raised their arms diagonally, and lightning from the dark sky loudly rained down upon their hands. Solknight ordered loudly over the lightning, "ON THREE! ONE... TWO... THREEEEEEE!!! They darted their hands forward, and cast the extremely charged spell slowly onto the ground. Up rose a large, nearly skeletal silt strider. The storm stopped, as did the duo's casting of the spell. They fell to the ground, gasping for breath. The strider crouched downso that the group could climb aboard. Solknight sat up and said "Get on, everybody." He rose to his feet and helped up Shadowlock. They hopped on to the strider and sat down, exhausted.

Beast was amazed when he first got onto the creature, Beast was so amazed he didn't even object or make a comment about the huge skeleton that simply had a layer of skin over it. Eventually Beast got bored of riding the thing. Although the group was traveling much faster, it drew much more attention to them. Beast was surprised that hadn't run into trouble yet. Occasionally Beast would look at the Argonian. The lizards name would always slip his mind, so Beast had decided he would now call him Spark, It reminded Beast of a pet name, even though Spark had great intelligence and was obviously wise, the guy was a nut job, and would seem to spark at random moments, while other time's he seemed dull and absent minded.

The team was amazed by Solknight and Shadowlock's massive spell. They all got on and the silt strider got up and moving fairly rapidly. It was way faster than going out to find new horses, but Solknight remembered that Sygun was very attatched to her horse, Chesnut. He told her, "Sygun, I'm really sorry about Chesnut. I knew that horse was a great friend of yours. I know how it feels to lose a great friend." Solknight thought back to the day his housecarl, Lydia, was killed by the dragon priest in the dungeon. He tried his best not to become too upset and thought to himself, If I'm going to be an immortal, I have to get used to all the death around me.

The ride was quiet and awkward, so Solknight decided to make small talk. "One time when I was in Whiterun," he started, "A guard said to me, 'I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee.' That kind of pissed me off because, even before I found out I was Dragonborn and that I could use all the awesome superpowers, I took TONS of arrows in my knees. That didn't stop me from adventuring. Maybe the guard was hit when he had armor with no knee protection, like Imperial light armor?"

Ashley tried to lay down as the group rode in the Slit Strider. It had felt like years since she had slept or taken a bath or just relaxed. But Ash knew it would be this way when she first agreed to sign up with the group. As she tried to fall asleep, Solknight talked about his encounter with a Whiterun Guard. "I know the guard you're talking about. He guards the market, but since the civil war ended, all he does is shout at the annoying excuse for a man Nazeem. I made fun of that guard several times on our journey. What do you think I meant when I said how's that for an arrow in the knee."

Beast thought this small talk was ridiculous. This rebellion was small, from what Beast could tell. Beast hoped that the scene that caused at Skingrad would toss some word around. But that was besides the point. Beast thought that this rebellion needed planning. "Okay, yes the Guard too an arrow to the knee. So what! We need to plan, get some more troops or something! Maybe we don't need anymore troops, maybe just us is fine, but I do know that the Wizards won't see us as a threat unless we have numbers . . . or do something remarkable!" Beast looked at Sparks, the crazy lizard was looking into the sky like he saw something. This guy really is crazy! Beast thought. Although Beast thought that Sparks could do something crazy to the Thalmor. "Hey Sparks, do you have any crazy spells or anything that you could throw at the Thalmor?" Beast was looking at the Lizard realized that sparks didn't know of his nickname yet. Th lizard looked at Beast with a puzzled face. Soon realizing that Beast was speaking to him.

Beast asked Shadowlock about his spells and reffered to him as "Sparks'. He responded, "First of all, I kind of like the nickname. Second of all, I might be able to teach you a few good spells... if you're skilled enough to handle 'em..." Shadowlock gave a few spell tomes to Beast, but suddenly, Solknight saw a small island with a strange doorway in the bay they were crossing. He ordered the undead silt strider, Martin, to halt. He said aloud, "Woah... what the hell is that thing?" Shadowlock looked over to see what he was talking about, and saw the portal. He stated, "That doorway... very strange things are behind it. People who go in never come out the same. Let's just say that I've been in there, and some pretty major shit happened that changed everything about me."

Beast ignored Spark's offer, as Solknight noticed the door. Spark said how he's been through there and crazy stuff happened. So that's why Spark is so fluffed up. Beast didn't want to go anywhere near that thing. The Beetle like creature started to make a rumbling call. Like it was worried or maybe scared. "Solknight, lets continue on, I'm going in there if I'm going to end up like Spark's." Beast didn't care if Spark's heard or understood what Beast meant. Beast got the shivers and adjusted on the silt strider, trying to make himself more comfortable. Beast glanced at Solknight with a worried look on his face, waiting for the Commander to make an order.

Beast said that they should keep going and stay away from the doorway. Solknight didn't really pay attentionto what he said; he was too focused on the portal. It seemed familiar. Then he remembered what it was. He said, "That's a portal to the Shivering Isles, the realm of Sheogorath... Shady, Sparks, whatever the hell your new name is, what the fuck were you doing in the SHIVERING ISLES?! Does that mean... no. NO!!! That myth CAN'T be true! It was just made up by some odd madman! You're not that crazy Daedric Prince... are you?" Shadowlock was speechless. The puny walker of Tamriel found out his true identity. Sheogorath spoke in his true voice, "Well... I thought that'd take you a long, long time to figure out. I'm sorry if I made the truth too subtle, my friend." Solknight, who worshipped the Daedra, bowed to him. "My lord... I am so sorry if I ever disrespected you."

Beast was baffled, confused and most of all pissed. "Wait, whats going on here? Deadra, sparks? No! I'm not going to have some Deadra psychopath 'help' us! For all we know he could send one of us to oblivion to have us killed with a giant portal swallowing us up! That's it! This so called 'rebellion' is a lost cause! Especially since their is a Deadra PRINCE along for the ride!" Caught up in the moment, Beast jumped off the Beetle into the bay, not realizing that he barley knew how to swim, and he had quite some heavy armor on. plops! I'm going to drown! Beast, barley knowing how to swim managed to reach land. Beast got on the firm piece of land and coughed up bay water. UGH! Beast thought to himself. Beast got up and saw the Beetle creature not to far in the distance. Beast could simply walk to it in only a couple minutes. Beast could actually see his previous comrades. They were looking at him strangely like they were scared for him. Beast was getting worried so he looked around him, at his surroundings. Beast then realized he was on the island with the Portal.

Sheogorath's voice returned to that of his mortal self. He yelled to Beast, "Don't even think about going in there! You don't want to turn into a lunatic as I did! Just trust me and get back over here, I'd never hurt any of you!"

Harudegarn couldn't believe what he was hearing, the Argonian was a demon? a Daedric prince at that. This was the opportunity of a lifetime, the Altmer thought meeting a veteran of the oblivion crisis was amazing, but meeting a daedric prince was something he could of never imagined! "Whoa, I..I don't know what to say. 'Tis truly an honor to be in your presence, Lord of Madness." Haru said to Shadow, bowing his head in respect. "I myself being a Sorcerer, it would be..an honor to learn some daedric magick from you, that is..if you deem me worthy." the wizard added. He had always been wary of the princes and their influences when he commuted through the realms, but if Sheogorath was the rebels' ally, Haru saw no harm in learning from him. Even more amazing, a strange portal ripped through the fabric of reality.."An Oblivion portal.." the High Elf thought to himself, "Truly this is day to be remembered." Suddenly, Beast fell through the portal, starting to drown in the murky water. The wizard was hesitant to jump in to save him, trying to heed Shadow's warning about entering the mind altering realm. Harudegarn tried to fight every urge inside him not to step through to the other world, but something inside him craved to explore the portal. Without thinking, the Sorcerer dived through the oblivion portal, feeling a sudden change in the air as soon as his body went through. Haru free fell for a second before plunging into the dark water, quickly emerging from the murky depths. He crawled to a small island and took in the sights. The sky was dark, air heavy, familiar demonic beings flew through the sky. Rocks floated, strange sounds echoed through the barren landscape. The Altmer suddenly realized the predicament he had just gotten himself into, and waited for more of his fellow rebels to pursue him and Beast.

Haru and Beast fell into the portal. Sheogorath irritatedly stated, "Oh, isn't this just PERFECT?! Wait here, rebels. I'll get them out." Sheogorath jumped into the portal after them.
