PC Slow motion kill cam for melee gone

Hi all,

I am having in issue since I updated my SKyrim SE to Skyrim AE. The 3rd person slow motion kill cam does not appear anymore when I do a kill move in melee. Instead, the kill move is shown on a normal 3rd person camera, no zoom in, no slow motion, nothing.

Initially I thought it was due to some mod, so I removed everything and I re-isntall the game, but the problem persisted.

Has any of you encounter the same issue?

Is this with the same save game? If so I would try a fast travel out of the zone then sleep for 24 hours then fast travel back to where I was.
