This is my planned build for the next character i do and i want to know what Race i should use and is it any good Thanks if you respond cause ive never really cared until now be aware this is my first planned build.

You're doing really a bit of everything. I'd say Dunmer would be a good race to choose.

So going from your build I am assuming you are going for a thief/spellsword hybrid?

As for race, it ultimately comes down to aesthetics. Pick the race that you find appealing as the starting bonuses only matter in the first few levels and the abilities can be replaced with better "shouts"or abilities gained later on.
