For anyone playing in Wrothgar, who has suddenly become the proud owner of an Old Helm, and doesn't know where to take it, it goes to Brulak, an Orc from Morkul Stronghold. The helm is considered part of the Corgrak's Cairn quest, though information on about the quest seems to be in short supply. Brulak can be found at the blue arrow on the map, which is slightly SW of Morkul Stronghold, on the West coast of Wrothgar.
