Irileth is missing!

So I just started a new game, and gave back the dragonstone to Farengar, but nothing happens after he says, "My associate here discovered it's location by means she has so far declined to share with me." Delphine doesn't say her line, and Irileth doesn't storm in yelling about a dragon attack. In fact, she's not anywhere in Dragonsreach! Help?

try reloading a previous save and if that doesn't work im afraid you might have to begin again
