Really hoping someone can help but I have collected and been using a lot of the shouts for some time to full effect. When I reach a certain point when levelled to 32 the shouts stop having an effect on enemies. They visually and audibly work but enemies just are not impacted by them and walk through them. I reload previous saved games and they work but when I get to same point in character level they cease to have impact again.
Any help on how I can overcome this would be greatly appreciated as really hindering progressing in the game.
