"I used to be an adventurer like you, but I got an arrow in the knee."
The guardian's monologue from Skyrim was a very popular meme. The creators of the game (Bethesda) referred to him in their next productions which was Fallout 4. While visiting the airship of the Brotherhood of Steel (Prydwen) behind the counter, we meet a man who tells a similar story, the knee was replaced with a thigh bone, and the arrow was instead a strack of a Deathclaw.
On the same airship, we can find an experimental cultivation of plants, these are the roots of Nirn known from Oblivion and Skyrim.

Is it possible that Elder Scrolls and Fallout are in the same universe?

Have you ever played FO76? Have you ever bought items? Fallout 76 is the newest version of the game and it is definitely different from Fallout 4. Currently, most Fallout fans play FO76
