    According to the Elder Scrolls Wiki, it has a 1.98% chance of an instant kill. Actually, Mehrunes Razor is one of the better daggers in Skyrim imo. It doesn't have to be recharged, has a very high natural attack rating and looks completely badass.

    Moves like this would be very hard to pull off without button combination inputs. Inputs basically mean Ninja Gaiden or God of War. If the dragonborn could do moves like this then there would be far less of an emphasis on the role-playing and leveling-up aspects of the game, and much more...

    Sorry for the black text. I just copied/pasted from the source link and it didn't work how I expected. Just hit the link and you can see with a "muffle magnitude of 1.0" you can indeed walk, run and jump around in front of enemies while invisible and they will not detect you. :)
