I would be okay with allowing most of the current/possible Jarls sit upon the throne. Exceptions include Korir, Skald, Siddgeir, of course Maven Black-Briar.

^^ Another things is how just as you first enter Dragonsreach, Proventus, and Irileth just leave and you follow Balgruuf to Farengar, what a perfect chance to kill the Jarl that is.
How come Dragonsreach is the only hall that looks like a Jarls hall? Understone I can understand, and Windhelm looks quite "kingly" but Solitude, Riften, and all the others just seem lame to me

^^ Things like this are why Illusion is my favorite school of magic, just edging out Alteration. If the imagination of the mage is good, then the outcome can be amazing.
