Mod to make NPCs follow PC rules (or vice versa)?
Anyone know of one? It's clear that enemy Mages at least follow completely different rules to the PCs (ie, an Ice Spike from a random Falsworn mage was doing 87 damage, one-hand cast), anyone have a mod that will either make them follow PC rules, or let me follow NPC scaling?- Leviathan

Enchanting - what do you need for the full effect?
So I'm running around with adept destruction robes that grant -17% destruction spell cost and +75% mana regen. However when I try to add that enchant to some plate, with 61 enchanting, three ranks in the +enchanting perk and a grand soul I get -11% destruction and +10% mana regen. Anyone know...- Leviathan

PC Random questions (Lycanthropy and home base Thieving)
Couple of hopefully quick questions :) 1) When I joined the mage guild I got given my own room (already full of soul gems and crafting stuff! :D ). Is this a safe storage location or are the other apprentices likely to filch my stuff? I've got quite a number of Dragon Bones & Dragon Scales...- Leviathan
