I find the Bard College misleading, actually. Newer players probably thought that you could learn to play instruments, but instead you just go fetching things for a load of random people.
However, on topic; I would have to say The College of Winterhold.
You can't really pick a high king for everyone, because the chosen person could be dead in someone else's game or no longer a Jarl. (Ulfric Stormcloak, Laila Law-Giver etc.)
I can only assume you stole something from the Companions or the Grey-Manes. I don't think there is anything that is particularly his that you can take.

Earlier today I found a glitch where you can do the sneak roll from the perk in the sneak tree without buying the perk. Basically, all you have to do is sneak, then jump and while in the air hold sprint and forwards. After that you'll land and roll. However, I did this on the PS3 so I don't know...
