Finally fighting off your enemies, barely escaping with your life, only to be killed by that damned cliff racer that's been following you for the last 15 minutes.
That's not ruining a character. It's learning how to play and learning what kind of character you want. I have many characters. My later ones are much more "efficient" with the perks I chose.
I like the halberd/spear idea.I really like the idea of staffs that bludgeon as well as carry magical properties. Being able to enchant blank staves witha spell of your choice would be neat.
I suppose the stupidest thing I've done in skyrim (other than trying to turn a horse around while on a cliff) was trying to take on a dragon, who was fighting a giant. Pretty soon I was mauled by 2 mammoths as a giant closed in on me with a club and a dragon roasted my ass. Lydia didn't...
I think the mystery of the Dwemer is almost essential to the atmosphere of the elder scrolls games. But I would like to see more of the mystery unraveled.
