    Finally found the fix! It wasn't a bug but a alternative ammo system by Manual crossbow reload. In the MCM menu, it says revert to vanilla ammo system instead of ammunition inside a pouch (can't find the pouch) as a description in one of the mod options.

    One of my very few modding ambitions (Assassins creed guild, SAO armor and this) is to create a game in Skyrim engine (Aincrad) is resembling the SAO world except it would have to be different to avoid copyright. What do you think if I created Aincrad from SAO?

    Update: I can confirm after a 30 min play session that, the arrow disappearing is only affected in interiors.

    Update: I quickly ran outside (the save I was from a inn in Falskaar) and fast travelled to my current location. I spent a couple of minutes or more outside and my arrows did not disappear when normally it took 20 seconds. This could be a weird script bug/glitch in Immersive NPC's in the dark.

    Update of idea: After some thinking today and it suddenly popped into my head, I think the cuplrit could be Immersive NPC's in the dark because I suddenly remembered I had a similar problem where my bow kept disappearing and fixed it with the Immersive NITD MCM menu of archer settings or reset...
