    I looked on the UESP website, and apparently, some stones of barenziah are tagged with the stolen label, but only the ones found in cities or other locations where they obviously belong to someone (i.e. Jarls' bedrooms.)     Glowing mushrooms are very easy to find in falmer infested caves and dungeons, i.e. shimmermist cave, but I've NEVER EVER EVER seen them appear in the inventory of any alchemy shop.
