It's a boiled sweet that you can get in any sweet shop, sometimes it's coated in sugar, sometimes it's not, they're very tasty and I've wasted many a packet whilst playing Skyrim. They're good cause if you're raging, you have something to bite on so you're not shouting at your TV. XD Hope I helped.
