    Weapons have negative values

    Any weapon mods should be double checked, along with all mods you have installed. If deactivating doesn't help, fully uninstall the mod and start Skyrim up. Also, some cheating will screw up the system if tampered with enough. Watch out for that as well.

    Have you tried naming your character without using odd letters? Maybe the game doesn't recognize the characters and replaces it with a silly alternative name.

    Deactivate each mod one by one and see which one changes gameplay. If it doesn't work, it may be more than one causing the problem.

    It may be just me but Imperials get more attention because they resemble the Romans so much. Plus, they're the most recognizable of peoples since the previous Elder Scrolls had them as a playable faction.
