I do not believe so, (DB Quest). Nothing in Morthal either

Yes I own Breezehome. Which one do I walk up too? Went to Falkreath and nothing new.

I have attempted to play this numerous times. Courier comes and says his little speech and then it says "Item(s) Added"...Only orphanage letter is there. I have bounties in all of the holds, is that why I am not receiving the letters? OR does it have to do with the Dawnguard add-in? Advise?
