    Auriels Shield (for my bad a** undead slayer orc). Second best would be Shield Of Solitude cause i like the Wolf and Effects (not so much a fan of how small it is though)

    As far as bodies go it was said alot of the Dwemer race vanished during the war at Red Mountain. Lava is hot enough to dissolve hundreds of skeletons. Also it wad said they "scorned the Deadra and mocked their foolish rituals" one of the armies they faught at red mountain was the Dark Elf races...

You could go crazy with it and go with the resto/alchemy exploit creating a fortify enchanting potion to create armor with insane(and i do not say that lightly) qualities.
