A stockier build than most mages, along with blue eyes and thick brown hair. He is strong and fast, earning the jealousy and spite of his brother. He typically wears what is in the picture above, although instead of the wolf it is a regular clip
Height: 5'9
Equipment: A silver sword handed down to him by his father, along with leather armour specific to his region.
Skills and abilities: A honed swordsman, Henry has always been one who preferred to use his mind to solve problems rather than his strength. He focuses on Alteration, having reached an adept ability. His main spells are transmutation, telekinesis and ironflesh. He is an apprentice with destruction and conjuration, but a novice with the rest.
History: Henry was born in Skyrim and moved up to High Rock when he was just 3. His parents had inherited an estate there and so he became accustomed to being a little lord. He had two sisters and two brothers, all of whom he cared deeply for. His oldest brother Solomon, who was three years younger than Henry, had always felt he was growing up in the shadow of his older brother. This was something Henry remained oblivious to until a huge argument.
Their youngest brother, Conan, was found dead and burned with several body parts missing. He was only 8 years old. The family never received closure from the incident and so have had an even harder time dealing with it. Henry wasn't the only mage in the family. Both grandparents on his mothers side were along with his oldest sister, Veronica. She was a much better mage than he and thus began to teach him when he showed interest. Being in High Rock, it wasn't unusual. Now that he has returned to Skyrim the unease the Northmen have with magic deeply disturbs him. No one should ever fear magic unless they mean trouble. He has been with the college for 8 months, it has been nearly a year since his brothers passing and while he has learnt to deal with it for the most part he is still riddled with nightmares. In his room remnants and clues to his past can be found. He keeps a preserved pressed violet, the flower was originally one of his sister's bouquet. He preserved it himself to always remind him of his sister. After all, it was him witnessing her turn iron into silver and silver into gold that inspired him to take up the pursuit of magic.
There is also his silver sword, which he doesn't take with him unless leaving college grounds and an enchanted necklace of his family's sigil, the dragon. The necklace is rather unique as it emits a low calming effect. It won't stop him from fighting, but allows him to keep a level head and think things through much better than he normally would. He also has a book written by his youngest sister, Emily, which mostly consists of hair brained schemes or devices she has designed. Some are quite clever, others, ridiculous. One such example is a device that would allow her to retrieve food from the other side of the room without her hands. Useless. She got the idea when she saw him work a telekinesis spell. The last memento is one of his brother, and it is in the form of a desktop painting. The painting was originally much larger but it has been replicated into multiple different sizes since its original form.
Henry's mother passed away shortly after losing her youngest son and after this, due to the tragedy in the family, it took him a year longer than he had planned to leave home for the college. He sometimes writes to his family but other than that hasn't had contact since he left. He is looking to improve his skills and more importantly, meet exciting new people in a land so far to what he knows despite being born here.
Positive traits: Intelligent, friendly and well mannered, understanding. He generally tries to get to know everyone and has a firm belief that you can learn to love anyone once you know who they truly are and what made them that way.
Negative traits: Trusting, tends to be naive when it comes to political crisis or the realm of magic. Having witnessed his oldest brother undergo a great transformation he believes all people can change, which can cause immense harm when trying to change and believe in the wrong people.
