(OOC: Sorry for the small inactivity, stuff in RL happened. I'll try and catch up.
And Em_Pu, the execution was supposed to be in Solitude, not Markarth. )
Vincent was knocked out by an unknown assailant, when the prison wagon became under attack. All Vincent remembers is getting out of the prison cell and into the streets of Markarth. They made an execution on Torric, because he was Nord, to show the people of Markarth what would happened to them if they committed a crime against the Aldermeri Dominion. They then would have took the rest of the prisoners to Solitude. But what they didn't account for was Torric and Parven escaping. They ran away from the area, far away from Markarth and avoiding the Thalmor guards. The Thalmor thought that they weren't worth it and realized that they were behind schedule. They didn't have time to send someone else up for execution. Vincent was relieved at this and was then taken with Greklith and the girl on the prison wagon to Solitude.
In the middle of the road, the wagon was attacked by a band of blood-thirsty rebel Nords. They tipped the wagon on it's side, knocking Vincent off the wagon. Vincent sat up but was kicked in the face by the foot of a rebel Nord, knocking him out cold.
Vincent woke up with a dizzy head. It's was no wonder he had that. He had just been knocked out by a big and burly Nord. He stood up and tried to shake the pain off. He looked around at the small battlefield around him. Thalmor lie dead at every direction. Masses amounts of Rebel Nords were about. They would be too much for Vincent and the group too fight at this moment. They were practically naked without their armor and weapons.
Vincent heard a shout form Greklith. She was shouting to the small group too get into the woods and away from the Nords. Vincent did as he's told. He ran into the woods, hoping the others were behind him. He then stopped in the middle of his tracks.
I think I'm safe, for now. I hope the others are too, thought Vincent. He then looked at his hands and realized they were still bounded by rope. He turns around to see someone running towards him. It was someone from the small band of prisoners. He smiled and placed his rope-bound hands out. I seem to be in a bit of a "bind".
