PC Forcing NPCs/actors into an animation?

Is there a way to basically just... do that? Like maybe with the console?

For example, if I wanted to click on a dragon and input a code to make him enter an animation, is there a way to do that?

Or do I need to brush up on my Creation Kit skills and do this through that...?

I suggest the PC mod "Puppeteer Master" for something like this. It comes with features that allow you to force any NPC into an action from the game. I'm not sure if it works on creatures, like the dragon you mentioned, but I suppose it's worth a shot. I've never tried it out on animals, but it works fine for me on all other NPCs.

You can find it on Skyrim Nexus. It's an easy install.
