    Peace Treaty quest bugged

    I found a fix, it just worked for me. The reason you no one talks it because it is Esbern's turn to talk, and let me guess, he hasn't had a voice at all it the game. and the glitch where he keept pulling out a book over and over. Well here is the patch/fix that will give him his voice...
